Imane Benrabiaa played an active role in the EMA General Assembly held on May 24th and 25th, contributing to key discussions and presentations on topics of vital importance to the academic community. Her participation highlighted her commitment to promoting the vision and mission of ASAF.

On May 24th, Imane was a prominent participant in a panel discussion titled "Global Recognition of EU Joint Degrees: Navigating Global Recognition." Moderated by Rajon Bhuiyan, the panel also featured esteemed panelists Manh Ha Luong, Dr. AFM Shahen Shah, and Samir Beharic. During this session, Imane shared her personal experiences with the recognition of her qualifications following her academic mobility. Her insights were particularly valuable, providing a firsthand account of the challenges and triumphs faced by students navigating the complexities of global recognition of joint degrees. She emphasized the critical importance of these degrees, noting that they enhance the global employability of graduates and foster international collaboration. Imane advocated for stronger mechanisms and policies to ensure these degrees are widely recognized, which she argued would significantly benefit the global academic and professional communities.

The following day, May 25th, Benrabiaa delivered a compelling presentation about ASAF along with representatives from other related networks, she outlined ASAF's vision and mission. Her presentation detailed the on-ground activities that ASAF engages in as well key stakeholder events that ASAF has participated in, demonstrating the network's commitment to influencing policy and creating opportunities for its members. Furthermore, Imane discussed the various outreach events organized by ASAF, which aim to raise awareness about the forum's goals and activities, thereby expanding its impact and reach.

Imane’s participating definitely forged further bonds between EMA and ASAF, building paths for further collaboration.
