On these occasion ASAF members from 14 different countries were welcomed, namely: Algeria, Burundi, Cameroon, Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Madagascar, Malawi, Morocco, Rwanda, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda. They discussed ASAF’s future and agreed upon key factors of ASAF’s mission, such as capacity of the members, networking, aspiration to help to solve common problems present on the African continent, commitment to take part in policy development as well as advocacy.
